You receive a property manager specifically for your property and who will always go to bat for your property. We have had a couple occasions where our manager had to spend hours dealing with the county/state and even drove an hour to a vendor’s corporate office because they would not answer the phone or perform the work they agreed to complete on the schedule they provided. Several of our maintenance contracts and projects have been successfully negotiated down in price because JCA took the initiative to do it prior to bringing it to the Board.
